Hailing from Portland , OR the sketch comedy troupe RENOB CONTROL is a family affair. Brother and Sister Aaron & Danielle represent the Ross’s, and Brothers Brett & Chad represent the Smith’s; meaning their comedy isn’t just a product of sweat and tears, this time…its blood!
Performing more often than any other sketch troupe in Portland , Renob has delighted audiences in the NW with their unforgettable brand of unique, original, and absurd humor for the past 3 years. They are fresh off their appearance the 2007 Miami Improv Festival, recently completed a 4-week run of their all-new production entitled, “Kevin Costner’s Field of Knives, and our prepping their 11th production, "Coolio's Homeland Security Syztem for June.” Each sketch in Renob’s newest production is developed with a full-plot arc, despite sketch comedy’s time restraints, and are tightly woven together using recurring themes and characters. Frequently inspired by pop-songs (Thong Song, Jump, Dancing Queen), many of the unique pieces in Renob’s show use music, dance, mime, and puppets to create a wild sketch comedy show that you cannot, and will not forget!
