This info is for performers in the festival, If you've reached this page in error, please see the buttons above this sentence.

THINGS WE NEED FROM YOU:
- Every performer is invited to play in the Out of Bounds Miniature Golf Tournament that is happening Sunday, September 6 as part of the extra activities. It will go from 11am to 2pm and not overlap with any workshop programming or afternoon shows. Performers are grouped into random foursomes with other performers in the festival so we can all get to know each other a little bit more. If you'd like to play, please contact Jericho Thorp EMAIL and let him know you want to play and what group or show you're with.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:
- If you run into any problems with anything at any time, please call one of the festival's producers: CONTACT PAGE

- You'll need to go to the Salvage Vanguard Theater, 2803 Manor Rd. HARDCORE VENUE MAP to check in once you get to Austin so that you can pick up your performer badges, t-shirts, an information packet, etc.

- The schedule is extremely tight this year and we will kill your show if you go long. If you don't know how long your set is, ask a stage manager or producer before it starts. (see above for contact)

- The festival runs from Tuesday, September 1 to Labor Day, the following Monday, September 7. Some of our biggest shows are Sunday night and there are more shows on Monday, so you may want to adjust your travel accordingly to include the Closing night or Sunday night festivities.

- The Pass System: Every person entering the theatre to see a show has to retrieve a ticket from the box office. Your initial performer badge allows you access to two shows free of charge, except the Sunday Headlining shows. You have a few options for upgrading your pass beyond that. BUY YOUR PASS HERE
The Arnie: What is normally $55 for the public, is discounted to $30 for performers. The Arnie does not include admission to the Sunday Headlining shows.
The Jack: For an additional $10, you can gain access to every show in the festival, for a grand total of $40.
These will be available for purchase on August 1st.

- Workshops are now available for registration. The classes consist of Master Teachers at the top of their game who are also performing in the festival Go to WORKSHOPS to see what's being offered.

- The official festival hotel is the Hilton Garden Inn, 500 N. IH-35 HARDCORE VENUE MAP. They are giving us a generous rate at $89 a night for a double, $89 for a King bd and a pull out sofa, or $129 for a quad.
You must reserve your room by August 11 to receive this whopping discount. After August 11, the rate goes to $99 and there is no guarantee you'll be able to get a room.
CALL Jesse to book your spot:512 480-8181, ask for code OUT.

- If you're coming in from out of town, please drop a line to let us know when you'll be arriving and if you need assistance finding housing. Upon request, an out of town troupe will be assigned a caddy (your local improv guide and liason for the city.) Direct your questions or claim your caddy through Asaf Ronen EMAIL

- There is an All-Star Micetro show happening Friday night, September 4 at 11pm. If you're interested in playing, please contact Roy Janik EMAIL to see if there is still room in the cast of 20 or so. More info about the Micetro format LINK.

- There is an All-Star ComedySportz show happening Saturday night at 8pm. If you have experience with ComedySportz and are interested in being considered for the cast, please contact Les McGehee EMAIL, the show's producer.

- If you would like the Out of Bounds video crew to record your show with our fancy camera and get you a DVD and raw tape copy of the show, please send an email to our video guy Chris Allen EMAIL before August 24. We offer this service "at cost" which is $25 including labor.
