Improv for Evil was established in 800 BC by King Hopetah. The troupe would travel among slaves to cheer them up because pyramid blocks can be quite a drag. However, the Queen found them far more amusing than appropriate, and this ended up with them having to cross the Red Sea in little reed canoes to escape the wrath of King Hopetah. In the new world, IFE found a niche among the unwashed masses. They wandered around bringing amusement, havoc and mayhem until one day, the fearless leader of IFE slammed down a tankard of mead and declared, "This alcohol sucks. There must be a better place to get drinks." They discovered Austin with it's endless Mexican Martinis and karaoke bars and decided to call it home.

Improv for Evil is performing an improv show with Look Cookie 10pm on Wednesday at the Salvage Vanguard Theatre
